Dalam kesempatan ini juga kami mempromosikan Dinas Perhubungan akan terus Meningkatkan sistem pelayanan transportasi yang aman, cepat, selamat, nyaman, terpelihara, mencukupi kebutuhan, serta ramah lingkungan dan menjangkau seluruh wilayah Kota Tanjungbalai.
Dalam upaya mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas, upaya yang dilakukan tidak saja bertumpu kepada penyediaan fasilitas keselamatan dan keamanan, namun peningkatan kualitas SDM transportasi dan sosialisasi kepada pemangku kepentingan, yang merupakan sistem dalam pelayanan.
Sesuai dengan Visi dan Misi Dinas Perhubungan Tanjungbalai.
