Rapat yang dilaksanakan Pada hari rabu 06 Februari 2019 , yang dipimpin oleh Bapak Khairul,SH selaku Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tanjungbalai , Serta turut hadir Kasatlantas Kota Tanjungbalai , Perwakilan dari Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi dan Pengemudi dan Pengusaha Angkutan umum (MPU) dan (AKDP) membuahkan hasil Kesepakatan bersama berkaitan dengan Pengaturan AKDP dan MPU/Mopen yang memasuki terminal terpadu sijambi yaitu :

  1. Kendaraan AKDP yang masuk ke Kota Tanjungbalai wajib menurunkan semua Penumpang di Terminal Sijambi Kota Tanjungbalai;
  2. Kendaraan AKDP yang berangkat dari loket menuju terminal tidak boleh menaikkan penumpang di pinggir jalan sepanjang ada Mopen/Angkot di sekitarnya;
  3. MPU/Mopen hanya boleh menunggu/menaikkan penumpang di dalam terminal. Tidak dibenarkan menunggu penumpang di luar Terminal;
  4. Kendaraan AKDP yang mempunyai loket di Kota, hanya boleh menempatkan 1 unit armada di pinggir jalan;
  5. Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi menempatkan personil di Terminal minimal 3 orang setiap hari, agar bisa melakukan penertiban terhadap Angkutan Umum sesuai dengan isi kesepakatan ini;
  6. Semua Angkutan Umum Penumpang harus mematuhi semua peraturan berlalu lintas, termasuk semua kesepakatan dalam Berita Acara Kesepakatan ini, Apabila Kami tidak melaksanakan perjanjian ini maka kami bersedia untuk ditindak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-udangan yang berlaku.
