Pemerintah Kota Tanjungbalai melaksanakan Festival Seni Nasyid Tingkat Kota Tahun 2017 dari tgl 04 s/d 06 oktober 2017 di Gedung Serba Guna.
Turut hadir pada acara Pembukaan Festival Seni Nasyid adalah Dandim 02 08 Asahan, Kapolres, yg mewakili Kejaksaan Negeri, Danlanal, Sekda, Staf Ahli, Asisten serta Seluruh Kepala OPD, Lurah dan Kepling.
Petugas Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tanjungbalai yang berjaga di sekitaran Gedung Serba Guna. Penjagaan atau pengawasan tersebut dilakukan selama 3 (Tiga) hari.
