Dalam rangka mengantisipasi kemacetan serta pengaturan Lalu Lintas saat kegiatan Pawai Gebyar Hari Pendidikan Nasional ( HARDIKNAS ), Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tanjungbalai melakukan pengamanan dan pengaturan arus lalu lintas dalam acara tersebut.Pengaturan lalu lintas dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kemacetan serta membantu kelacaran aktifitas arus lalu lintas di Depan Kantor kejaksaan sampai ke Lapangan Sultan Abdul Djalil Rahmadsyah Kota Tanjungbalai , mengingat jalan tersebut merupakan jalan utama yang dilalui oleh masyarakat sehingga di Petugas Dinas Perhubungan melakukan Penjagaan di sejumlah titik untuk membantu proses berjalannya kegiatan pawai tersebut (28/april/2018) .
