Sebagai bentuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat, Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tanjungbalai selalu melaksanakan kegiatan pengamanan dan pengaturan lalu lintas pagi di Sejumlah ruas jalan di Kota Tanjungbalai guna membantu aktivitas masyarakat pengguna jalan demi keselamatan bersama.
Personil PNS dan Petugas Pembantu pengatur lalu lintas (TKS) tingkatkan pengaturan di pagi hari disepanjang jalur yang banyak di padati oleh masyarakat dan di sejumlah titik – titik rawan kemacetan dimana banyak aktifitas yang dilakukan pada pagi hari seperti anak sekolah, pegawai / karyawan berangkat beraktifitas sehingga memperkecil angka kecelakaan dan kemacetan agar memperlancar arus lalu lintas di jalan raya berjalan dengan tertib dan lancar.
